ACAI BRAZILIAN BRAMBLE
Ingredients :
2oz Dry Gin
1oz Lime Juice
2t. Simple syrup
½ oz Pataka Acai Liqueur
Garnish with half lemon wheel and blackberry

Instructions :
Add gin, lime (or lemon) juice and simple syrup to shaker with ice, shake
Double strain into rocks glass with crushed ice
Slowly pour Pataka Acai Liqueur over top of drink
Garnish with half lemon wheel and blackberry with metal straw -
GOJI SPRITZ
Ingredients :
1 ½ oz Pataka Goji Liqueur
Prosecco
Garnish with orange wheel

Fill large wine glass with ice
Add Pataka Goji Liqueur and top with Prosecco
Gently Stir and Garnish with orange wheel and metal straw -
POMEGRENATE WHISKEY SOUR
Ingredients :
2oz Bourbon Whiskey
1oz Pataka Pomegranate Liqueur
1oz Lemon Juice
Garnish with orange wheel

CACAO MANHATTAN
Ingredients :
2oz Bourbon Whiskey
½ oz sweet vermouth
¼ oz Pataka Cacao Liqueur
¼ oz Maraschino Liqueur
6 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Garnish with two maraschino cherries

Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice, stir
Strain into martini glass and garnish with cherries -
ESPRESSO MARTINI
Ingredients :
1 ½ oz Vodka
½ oz Pataka Café Liqueur
Garnish with Roasted coffee beans and mint sprig

Put ingredients in shaker, shake
Dump ice from Martini glass, double strain shaker into glass. Top off with 3 roasted coffee beans and mint sprig -
GINGER BREEZE
Ingredients :
1 ½ oz Dark Rum
¾ oz Pataka Ginger Liqueur
juice of half a lime
soda water
lime wedge, garnish

Strain into rocks glass with ice
Top with soda water
